Mom's PA time came to an end after a week with Santana. We played lots of card games and Santana started his personal cooking classes, beginning with his favorite, Cheesy Eggs, which involves a thin slice of American cheese for every egg, but a very low, slow cooking temp and time to keep the mixture creamy. He can make himself breakfast!
