The Wine Guy says a dry Italian white--Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio or any Italian red--Chianti or Chianti Reserve.

Actually, IMHO, Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Champagne

or a chardonnay. But I will ask the wine expert when I track him down.

I'm not sure how... but because I was a Gen-X kid (born in '72) I never heard of Stouffer's as anything other than a line of frozen "ready-to-eat" meals. Thanks (again, AQC) for the education! If John were going to pair a wine with Noodz Romanov, do tell what would it be?!?
